MSSA endorses the relief efforts associated with ISA and TSA. The devastation of Hurricane Harvey has been heartbreaking to watch. Knowing that in the midst of... it all are our colleagues and customers whose lives and businesses and have been upended makes it even more so. The International Sign Association (ISA), the Texas Sign Association (TSA) and our other Affiliated Associations send our thoughts and prayers to the people of Texas and all along the Gulf Coast who are directly affected. We are inspired by the way that communities have rallied together to help each other and by the bravery of first responders in this unprecedented event. Together, we urge the exceedingly compassionate and generous sign, graphics and visual communications industry to support response and recovery efforts. There are any number of ways to assist, but what is most urgently needed now is cash. TSA is collecting funds to assist TSA member companies and their employees affected by the storm. TSA will use the funds to provide personal items for those sign, graphics and visual communications employees in need. Drop offs in Houston and shipments to other affected areas are planned. The balance of funds will be used to assist member companies in clean up expenses. Any additional funds will be donated to the Texas Red Cross.
