According to OC Public Health as of today, we are still not currently allowed to reopen. I have noticed a few sugaring spots in Orange County still reopening, however, if we reopen we take the risk of getting our esthetician licenses revoked and consumers may be fined heavily. I hope we all can reopen soon! They haven’t released a specific date yet and stated we could reopen in phase 3.
