Many clients assume that estheticians are open because hair and nail salons are now open in Los Angeles county however, that is not the case. Unfortunately, we’ve been left behind once again. Although being closed has been challenging, it’s also been a blessing in disguise. 2020 has h...umbled me. It’s made see that there’s much more to life than working and making money. A few years ago, an esthetician friend told me that she only took 4 clients a day and I thought she was crazy because I was working 10-12 hours days and trying to cram in as many people as I could physically see! When we eventually go back to work, my motto will be quality over quantity because that’s what’s more important to me. The reason I became an esthetician was because I care and I like to help people.
