Three years this month, I’ve been working for myself with my sugaring business. I’ve gone through highs and lows. Seen my regular clients go through their highs and lows and met some amazing new clients. I’m so grateful for all of it. From day one I’ve always wanted to have a business that was inclusive and made women feel empowered. Hairy or smooth is a women’s choice, and one isn’t better than the other. It’s what makes us beautiful, being different. And having that right to choose. I always encourage my clients to get services that make them feel beautiful, feminine, sexy, and not to please anyone else. My mission has always been that and will continue to be that. I don’t see women as my competition, I see them as my sisters. If one of us wins we’re all winning. Happy Sunday

Doing all the things to make sure we’re all safe. With that being said, I along with many licensed in this industry received an email/letter from State Board this past week. It was letting us know that they are not taking this situation lightly, meaning if we open before our state says we can, we are risking suspension or termination of our license. Please be patient. I’m as ready to get back to work as you all are to get sugared. I’ll let you all know as soon as I start booking appointments.

Wishing all you amazing ladies an amazing day. This Mother’s Day is different in so many ways, but especially because the past months have made us really step into harder roles and harder emotions. But as always we fight the good fight for those we love, it’s what we do. I thank you for all being such strong, inspirational queens.

A little motivational Monday quote!! Hope you’re all staying healthy and safe and most importantly sane!! It’s not easy but there’s light at the end of the tunnel. With that being said, as we start to get closer to hopefully opening back up please keep in mind that there will be some changes set in place. The states hasn’t disclosed what the guidelines will be for salons but please know that I will be following them ALL, as well as a few of my own guidelines. As the date gets closer I will be posting my new availability, any new information, and of course our date of opening. I can’t wait to see all your faces, well half of your face

My amazing clients, I miss you!! Most of you have been with me for YEARS, so you know this girl doesn’t know how to be still and not work. But I’m making the best of it and staying beyond grateful that my family and I have remained healthy. I pray everyone stays healthy and that this passes SOON. This hasn’t been easy and the adjustments are huge for everyone. But let’s do our part to help those out there fighting this thing head on. As scary as the news is it’s also beautiful to see that there are still good people in the world and so many stories of hope and compassion. I miss you all, but I’ll see you all real soon!!
