NEW CLASS SCHEDULE FOR JANUARY Monday: 5:45-6:45 pm - Yoga with Robyn (NEW) Hatha Yoga combines long-held poses and flowing sequences focusing on breath, body alignment, strength, flexibility and relaxation.... 7:00-8:00 pm - Basic Pilates with Nancy (NEW) All levels of Pilates practitioners will benefit from this class. Newcomers learn the basics. Those with Pilates experience work toward the precision necessary to master Pilates. Tuesday: 9:45-10:45 am - Strength & Mobility with Ross (NEW) (Flex pending) This class emphasizes proper movement while getting a great workout. We use suspension training, Swiss balls, hand weights and body weight exercises for adding resistance to muscles. 5:45-6:45 pm - Yoga with Karolyn (Flex eligible) Hatha Yoga practice focusing on strength, flexibility, stress management and balance. Class ends with relaxatiobn. 7:00-8:00 pm - Essential Mat Pilates with Karolyn (Flex eligible) Learn and practice breathing techniques and Pilates exercises for core strength, improved posture, improved balance and better overall fitness.
