Follow that link in the email and click register. Click on "Account" and you will see the "Addresses" link in light blue below that to the right in smaller print. Ple...ase click on that and fill it out to complete your registration. Once you resister, please email us a copy of your prescription from your doctor for a "Cranial Hair Protheses" and 2-3 photos of your self to [email protected] Once you register and we receive your e-mail, we will then contact you and set up an appointment. Please bring no more than one person with you at the time of your appointment. Your hair must be shampooed on the morning of your appointment with no product in it. . Face coverings are required during all appointments and while in our building. We will be seeing only 1 client per day at this time.
