Don't use the L word I say this to a client almost every day. The L word is "Like". When reviewing logos/designs/images - if you just say you "like it" - and the full discussion centers around what people do and don't like... you aren't focusing on the end goal of what it is supposed to communicate and to whom. The only person that really needs to LIKE it - is your accountant because it's helping create a positive cash flow for your organization.
