There is a new Dylan Box digging deeper into OH MERCY, and a new poem, VOTE, by poet and national treasure, Nikki Giovanni. Related music includes Johnny Hickman performing THE GREAT DECLINE live with The Artisan Thieves, and his beautiful recording of MEASURE OF A MAN-an alt version produced for a charity event in Colorado. Follow this with Chris LeRoy’s take on Randy Newman’s MR. PRESIDENT and The Dangers powerhouse track from Land of Opportunity, THE OPPORTUNITY. Add it all up, it equals = VOTE!

Episode 13. Chris LeRoy (THE DANGERS) hosts the last Rock and Roll Circus on the planet! Our arts variety event features HARVEST QUEEN from Johnny Hickman’s PALMHENGE album. The song started as HAUNTED, a LeRoy/Hickman co-write in the 1990’s and took spooky turns along the way. To date it is the only song from Hickman, LeRoy and Lowery! The Dylan Box returns contemplating the first collaboration between Dylan and Daniel Lanois, OH MERCY. Poem House features a reading of Olivia Ward Bush-Banks’ The Plains Of Peace. Songs include Hello Day Sleeper and How To Feel, by The Dangers. Add to that more scary musical offerings to start October right. Join Johnny Hickman, MORST, and Engineer Maria too for this haunted trip!
