It’s incredible the signs that the body gives us when something isn’t right, when we’ve stepped off our path, when the lessons have finished running their course. I’ve always been extreeemely good at ignoring my body’s distress signals. I stay until the hurt is so much that the layers are too palpable. These two little girls have the most simple and whole-hearted love and teach me daily how to always choose love. When the world gets me down, they remind me how much good there is.
