Met with Strive bikini athlete Stef @steffitness today to work on some details for posing and determine changes for the upcoming week regarding nutrition, training and cardio! 5 weeks out for this amazing lady!! Her last show was in the Figure division but we decided to make the switch to bikini and from the looks of it, we made the right decision!!... Excited to see the final physique we bring to the @musclecontest stage!

Definitely excited to see @hchiasson hit the Muscle Contest stage tomorrow!
