Reformer exercises also improve your flexibility an...d balance, focus, coordination, posture and alignment. This is such a fantastic way to get such a great full body workout! Join us 6 days a week for OUTDOOR reformer classes under pop-ups with heatduring the colder months. Only 5 people to a class so we are able to maintain good social distance and masks required . We are pleased to announce we have added Mondays, Wednesday’s and now Fridays at 8am and we are adding a Sunday Pilates reformer class which will add Pilates classes every day of the week! Pilates outside has been one of those unexpected gifts of 2020! As the year winds down, it’s important to recognize all we have gained from this year even when ...it sometimes feels like it’s been one disappointment after another. We are feeling very grateful that we had the ability to pull our reformers outside and create a cozy and private space for our clients. Classes in the dark and at sunrise or sunset feel especially magical under the lights. There are spaces open this week and some Monday and Wednesday evening slots open at 5pm which are normally full!
