Our Process

We conduct a few meetings of two hours to determine what your current operations are and what your goals are as a business moving forward. You will then be provided with a report detailing the strategy alongside a meeting to discuss the report. Following the delivery of the report, some health checks will be conducted to determine if you are on track and provide you with any further guidance that is required. The health checks could be in the form of a face to face, skype call or simply a phone call.

Our Process

We always recommend opting for our implementation services, sometimes you just don't know what you don't know. We have implemented many clients, and we remain surprised at the uniqueness of every clients requirement, but we have pretty much seen it all. We conduct a few two hour meetings once a week to first understand your current business operations , we then develop a project plan together to determine your go live date. We provide training and support up to your go live date, and complete some health checks post your go live date to ensure you have a seamless experience.
