On this 1st day of Lent, a reminder that ashes are available at the following times: 1) Mass at 11:00 a.m. (with ashes). 2) They will also be available afterward for those wishing to drive thru, until 1:00 p.m. and again from 5:00-7:00 p.m.... Stations of the Cross begin this Friday at 6:00 p.m. with some minor modifications due to safety precautions. We look forward to walking together in our Lenten journey this year. Praise God for our ability to do so as our world continues to recover from Covid-19. May God bless you as you strive to strengthen your relationship with Him in meaningful ways. Amen!

As we prepare to enter the season of Lent and the opportunity of conversion to be closer to Christ, we are called to the grace of reconciliation through the sacrament of Confession. What a blessing this Sacrament is!! During the Lenten season, Fr will be available for Confessions every weekday morning after Mass (9:00 a.m.) and extending the Saturday Confessions by 1/2 hour, (beginning at 2:30 p.m.). He is also available by appointment. There will be no Reconciliation servi...ce this year as a Covid protocol. This is an interesting article that gives good info in the event you are ever asked. "Confession is not just about the forgiveness and absolution of sins, but the reintegration of the person into communion with the Church" Amen!

O God, glory of the faithful and life of the just, by the Death and Resurrection of whose Son we have been redeemed, look mercifully on your departed servants, ...that, just as they professed the mystery of our resurrection, so they may merit to receive the joys of eternal happiness.

Catholics Care. Catholics Vote. Participate in political life. In their statement on Forming Consciences for Faithful Citizenship, the U.S. Catholic bishops rem...ind Catholics about the call to participate in political life. "In the Catholic tradition," they write, "responsible citizenship is a virtue, and participation in political life is a moral obligation" (no. 13).
