The resilience of the craft beer industry is remarkable. Meeting regulations and standards to operate is costly, a few have gone through extremes of building kitchens, outdoor dining areas, and patios. Some new breweries have miraculously opened despite the current environment. 2020 continues to be met with shifting of a business model within days, creative ways to adapt, and hard decisions. Pacific Pineapple rolls ripe Costa Rica golden pineapples into fresh-pressed Northwest apples, for an incredibly juicy and easy drinking session cider. Pacific Pineapple is made with real, whole fruit, and absolutely no added sugar or artificial flavorings. These fruits from opposite ends of the Pacific are pressed into raw juice, and fermented slowly at cold temperatures, emerging as an unfiltered wave of tropical goodness! New Beer on Tap!!! Straight from the Corsendonk Brewey in Belgium, this Tripel is a deceptively potent ale in the golden, Triplel strength of Belgium’s Trappist monks. It has a very big head indeed and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength. Corsendonk Brewery dates back to the Middle Ages.

***New Beer Release*** Helles Lager is in tap today . This German style beer balances a pleasant malt sweetness and body with floral Noble hops and restrained bitterness. Cheers

OKTOBERFEST MARZEN will be on tap today. This Amber colored beer is beer rich in malt with a balance of clean, hop bitterness, featuring notes of toasted bread and biscuit-like malt aroma. Open 4-8 pm today. PROST!!!!
