Teena Gelegan began her escrow career in 2001 as an escrow assistant but determined to be an escrow officer quickly moved her way up the ladder to an Escrow Officer position. During her many years of experience in escrow, she has handled numerous types of real estate transactions from simple to complex. This includes new construction, residential re-sales, short sales, commercial re-sales and refinances. Teena believes in "service with a smile" and her philosophy is simple - ..." Work hard and be nice to people." She enjoys the personal connection that is made on every escrow she closes and strives to make the process as stress free as possible for all of her clients. While on a short break from the real estate industry and prior to returning to escrow, Teena earned both her BS and MBA from the University of Phoenix while working full time and caring for her children. The greatest joy in life is her family, especially her 4 children, so when she's not hard at work in the office, she is spending as much time with them as possible: Kylan (20), Zoey (20), Sidney (12), and Chase (11).

Miriam Salas brings more than 8 years of experience and genuine enthusiasm to her role as Escrow Officer at Stewart Title. Miriam also speaks Spanish and can offer notary services for sellers and buyers in each escrow transaction. Miriam began her career as a receptionist and escrow assistant in 2011 after attending the University of Phoenix in Fresno. Early in her career Miriam set her sights on becoming an Escrow Officer. Achieving that goal has not diminished her efforts a...nd desire to continue being focused on creating great closing experiences for her customers with the ultimate goal of helping her agents win more referrals with each escrow she closes. Her love for all types of property sales, including affordable housing, apartments, agricultural and refinance properties, shines through her work and her ability to get deals done. Stacey realizes every escrow is unique and prides herself on being adaptable as a neutral party to facilitate the needs of her clients during and after their transaction.
