Now is the time for businesses to double-down on social media and build relationships with new and existing customers. There’s a rise in demand for online content as social media usage has skyrocketed. But, what to post? Our tip: don't ignore the situation at hand, but don't overwhelm your followers with content about the crises. Become a source of knowledge, while also posting fun and engaging content to keep potential clients entertained.
As a real estate professional, this is not a time to pull back. I've spoken to a few people that are so afraid that they are essentially putting their business on hold... ...mind you they are "holding" in a position they are already not satisfied with.... Pulling back and "hoping" clients still contact you is guaranteed failure. Pulling back and hoping you make it through is not a strategy, it's a prayer. If you PRODUCE instead of panic you can not only survive this time but thrive. Now is the time (as it always is) to keep in touch with past clients, friends, family and your farm to generate a steady stream of referrals and business regardless of what is going on.
