Students were able to decorate cupcakes with professionally trained cake decorator, Mrs. Garcia. This event was auctioned off at the fundraising event in February.

Students (Campus Ministry) Morning Prayer: Today we pray for global solidarity and social awareness. Dear Father in heaven we turn our hearts to you for you know all our needs. We turn to you, ready with your help when we are at our end. you have paths we can follow joyfully because we have a Lord who rules and who reigns over us to make us glad. As we trust you along the paths and follow the paths, we praise your name at all times. May your help be always before our eyes so ...that we can be your true children, to the glory of your name on earth. Help us notice that there are people in need of our help to make their life better and happier. We thank you for accepting us into your family. Amen. St. Edward, St. Dominic, and St. Gaspar. Students (Campus Ministry) Morning Prayer: Today we pray for all of God's creation and the Department of Catholics. A reading from Isaiah 46:3-11 "Listen to Me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, you have been borne by me from birth, and have been carried from the womb; even to your old age, I shall be the same, and even to your graying years I shall bear you! I have done it, and I shall carry you, and I shall bear you, and I shall deliver you. To w...hom would you liken Me, and make Me equal and compare Me, that we should be alike? Those who lavish gold from the purse and weigh silver on the scale hire a goldsmith, and he makes it into a god; they bow down, indeed they worship it. There are many things we participate in doing when we make the Sign of the Cross. Every time we make the Sign of the Cros we are praying to God, praying for others, and asking for mercy. When we make the Sign of the Cross, we open ourselves to grace, satisfy the day, remember the Passion of our Lord, ask for support in our suffering, reverse the curse, seal ourselves in the Holy Spirit, and most importantly, pray. The Sign of the Cross is a prayer within itself.Lord, help us to remember our Lenten promises and reflect on ourselves. This Lent, help us to become better disciples of the Lord. Amen. Students (Campus Ministry) Morning Prayer: Today we pray for the gift of understanding, St. Leo the Great School, and St. Martin de Porres School. A reading from John 8:12 "Jesus talked to the people and said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will have the lifht of life and will never walk in darkness." ... Father, grant that we may come to you as your children. Grant that we may come to you Spirit, that something of trust and perseverance may be born in us for our life on earth. May we always be loyal and full of hope, working and striving not only for what is earthly but for the tasks that have been laid on us for your kingdom and its righteousness. Let new light shine out among us again and again. Let many understand when you voice is speaking to them so that they may gain courage. Let your voice be heard so that the great gospel that makes us your children may be proclaimed to people of all circles. Amen Saint Edward, Saint Dominic, and Saint Gaspar. Pray for us.

Students were pumped up with a BMX school assembly! BMX athletes delivered powerful messages to our students about treating each other kind, provided anti-bullying messages, making good choices, and saying no to drugs. Of course, it would not be a BMX show without some awesome stunts!
