Most Trusts allow the Trustee to waive trust accounting to the Beneficiary. GREAT NEWS for those who got PPP loans of $50k or less! The Treasury has released a streamlined application for PPP loans of less than $50k. Those borrowers do not need to worry about FTE or reduction in salaries that could reduce forgiveness. This is a simplified application for smaller loans. Documentation is still required to be submitted to your lender. New 3508S application:... https://home.treasury.gov//PPP-Loan-Forgiveness-Applicatio Instructions for new 3508S application: https://home.treasury.gov//PPP-Loan-Forgiveness-Applicatio Interim Final Rule on the subject: https://home.treasury.gov//PPP--IFR--Additional-Revisions- There are now three separate forgiveness applications. The 3508S application should be used if the loan amount is $50k or less. The second (EZ form) is to be used if your loan is greater than $50k and you meet certain conditions. The third is the full application. This is for loans of over 50k that don't qualify for the EZ form. This may be the case if you reduced employee salary or hourly wages during your covered period, or if you did not maintain your employee headcount and are unable to rehire back to your pre-Covid levels by December 31.
