SPG Commitment During COVID-19 Outbreak Mar 18, 2020 | News To Our Customers:... Star Power Generators, Inc. appreciates the confidence and trust that you have placed in us over the past years. We understand that this trust is not given easily, due to the high value and dedication you have to your businesses and events. We find that this trust is what makes us work so well together. It is for this reason that, because of the current Novel Coronavirus environment, we are providing you with an update on how Star Power Generators, Inc. is monitoring and dealing with this environment in our shops and in our communities. We have been monitoring the local, regional, state and national business and governmental reports and responses. We are keeping our employees updated and flexible in their abilities to assist their own families and our customers needs. Since we are unable to predict how long the current environment will continue at this level, we will attempt to avoid any inconveniences to you or your events. We have: Implemented a policy that does not allow for handshakes or close-quarters meetings, during medical emergency time periods. This Social Distancing will assist in limiting the spread of any virus/ Required employees are to wash hands with soap and hot water for 20 seconds, regularly. Requested that any employee that is NOT feeling well or that have Immediate family that is not feeling well to stay home and receive medical attention and direction. Limited any unnecessary travel. Incorporated telephonic and/or video conferencing as a preferred method of communication, when appropriate. We will continue to provide the absolute best service to you and your events while continuing to protect our employees and the public. Our commitment to safety should assist you in continuing to provide the services you do in your industry. If there are specific practices or instructions that you would like us to practice on a job or add to our current practices, please feel free to inform us as we move forward.
