Hey everyone! Even though Star Collaborative no longer exists, and my other groups have been deleted along with the website (soon), I will leave this group up so we can share pictures with each other. However, please keep in mind that I am no longer advertising this as a company and only accepting students through the recommendations of my current dancers. Thank you! (Hope this made sense, LOL!)

Hey friends! Since changes are coming, I thought it would be a good idea for me to post this on here. I will be offering private lessons! Due to my crazy work schedule, anyone wanting a private lesson will have to sit down with me and plan it out. However, once we do that, we can proceed! Here are my prices:... KIDS: $35/single session 5 pack: $30/session 10 pack: $25/session ADULTS: $50/single session 5 pack: $40/session 10 pack: $30/session I hope this makes sense!

This week is #TeacherApprecationWeek, so let a dance teacher know what a positive impact they've had on your life!

Hi there everyone! So, after much discussion between Joe, Aylin and myself we've come to some big decisions regarding the future of Star Collaborative Dance Company. Starting in June, we will no longer work together as a company. We will now be working as three separate teachers. This means, Star Collaborative Dance Company no longer exists as a company.... Allow me to explain how this will effect you guys. Firstly, Aylin will be taking over my 10:30am class. This means I will no longer be the teacher, Aylin will be. Secondly, instead of paying me one lump sum monthly, you will now be paying the individual teacher however he or she desires. Example, if your child is in the 10:30am class, you will pay Aylin directly. If she wants you to pay each week by cash only, she will express this to you. If your child is in my class and Joe's class, you will pay both of us individually. I want to make it super clear, that I have absolutely no say in what they charge you for their class. So if there is a financial issue, you must bring it up with them, not me. Now, with this change also comes class changes. There will no longer be performances (unless the individual teacher decides to have the kids perform somewhere). There will no longer be group performances. Classes will focus solely on technique and improving your child's abilities. I must admit to you that this decision was not an easy one for me to make. I have put my heart and soul into this company for the past five years. But the simple fact is, between paying Joe and Aylin and the studio, it does not make financial sense for me to continue to own and operate the company. I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause. If there are any questions, I will be very happy to answer them. Again, please be aware of these changes as they come into effect in June. The Knott's performance will go on as planned. But after that, these changes I just mentioned will come into effect. Thank you for your understanding. See you tomorrow! ~Heather~
