Congratulations to Ken Toong and UMass Dining for putting on the best ever Chef Culinary Conference! All the speakers and presenters were amazing...inspiring us all with their generosity in sharing their expertise and insights! There just was not enough time to take it all in! What an amazing Worlds of Flavor Conference at the CIA in Napa Valley! A spectacular line up of renowned chefs from all over the world came to share passion and... flavors, all bonded together under the theme ‘immigrant kitchens, world cuisines and the future of American cuisine. ‘ So excited and honored to be part of this 20th anniversary celebration and really so grateful to all the chefs!
