As a reminder, the use of the pool is at your own risk. With abundance of caution, and to ensure compliance with local orders, we respectfully require you abide by the following procedures: Pool hours will be limited to office hours only until further notice. Only the main pool located in the 3375 building will be open initially. We are required to remove all pool area furniture. You are allowed to use a portable chair (camp, beach, etc. style chair) or towel. These ite...ms must be limited to use by members of your household only. Residents must sign-in/out utilizing designated signup sheets located in the leasing office. To be respectful of others, we kindly ask you limit usage to 1 hour per day. No large gatherings allowed. Please observe and comply with occupancy signs posted. Face masks are required in the pool area and common areas (bathrooms) unless swimming. No outside equipment allowed in the pool (i.e. pool noodles, kick boards, etc.) to prevent potential cross household usage. Maintain the recommended 6’ social distancing. Resident use only No guests (currently). BBQ areas will remain closed. Our dedicated site team will be actively checking the area on a regular basis to manage compliance with these procedures. Failure to comply may result in Management closing this amenity for the health and safety of all. Please enjoy our beautiful pool areas, safely and respectfully and enjoy the summer!
