My wife Natalija has food allergies that have been hard to determine. Her Dr suggested a diet to try to figure which foods are causing issues. We decided to embark on the Whole30 Program, which emphasizes on whole foods and the elimination of ALL sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, soy, and dairy. I decided To support her in this journey, plus i needed to step up my own health kick. Instead of starting Jan 1st as a New Year resolution, we didn’t wait and started November 30th... and stayed 100% true during the holiday month of December! Here are some of the great things that have happened because of this: * I now sleep very peacefully through the night and get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. * I stopped snacking and my hunger has gone down * My energy level has increased * I have been less irritated, more calm (zen like) * My bowel movements (gross I know) have been consistent I weighed in on December 31st a weight that was even less than what I weighed when I met Natalija 20 years ago. My pants size is smaller than even before that (see attached pic). If you want to know the specifics of how we did it, let me know.
