Good afternoon, Stallion friends! We have been made aware that there has been a Facebook post circulating that we were turned into the county for non-compliance regarding masks. We would like to take a moment to discuss. The state of California has mandated that masks are required for both employees and customers at all indoor businesses. We are working diligently to make sure that all of our employees are abiding by this mandate. Furthermore, we are asking that all customers... who enter the store wear a mask as well. If you have a health condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, please let one of our employees know upon entering. We are PROHIBITED by law (HIPAA and the ADA) from inquiring about any health condition and cannot deny service to anyone not wearing a mask. We do have alternate options for patrons who cannot wear a mask due to a health condition or inability. Summer is here and what better way to keep your kids busy? We have a couple of different options to choose from.

Good afternoon, Stallion friends! We wanted to take a moment to address the COVID-19 situation. We will remain open during this time to best serve our community, however, we must implement certain policies to ensure the health and safety of not only our employees, but our patrons as well. The Health Department has issued standard operating procedures in order for us to remain open. They are as follows:... -Customers will be limited to no more than 10 inside the store at a time. (We are asking that patrons please allow their children to remain at home or in their vehicles while visiting the store.) -You must stand at least 6 feet apart from other people while standing in line to decrease the threat of spreading illness. We will be limiting purchases of certain items as the availability of those items has diminished due to the threat of COVID-19. We are doing everything within our power at this time to ensure that the store is stocked for your convenience. If you have a fever or a dry cough, please refrain from coming inside the store. The safety of our patrons and employees is paramount at this time. We are taking every precaution to ensure the store is disinfected and clean. If you are elderly or you would prefer not to come inside the store for health reasons, please call us and we will do what we can to accommodate you. There are also local residents willing to go shopping for you if you can't go for yourself. Please contact the store directly for more details. This service is provided through the Stallion Springs Church. Lastly, we would like to take this opportunity to express to the community that these precautions are recommended by the Health Department and there have been no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our area. We celebrated our 12th anniversary on Wednesday last week! We wanted to take a moment to thank all of our loyal customers for keeping us going all these years! Without you, we would have never made it to where we are. Our appreciation for all of you is overwhelming and we sincerely love all of you. Here's to another 12 years & many more after that!... It's that time again! We are now accepting orders for hand made stocking stuffers! We have a few to choose from: ones for kids, ones for adults and ones for pets! The ones for the kids will contain candy and a toy.... The ones for adults will contain two little liquor shots (your choice), scratchers from the California Lottery (your choice) and candy. (Prices will vary depending on what you choose to put inside) The ones for pets will contain treats and toys (either dogs or cats). We will also be making the whisks again this year. It's an egg whisk filled with Hershey's Kisses and wrapped with a note that says "We whisk you a merry Kiss-mas!"

Who's all going to the Scholarship Fundraiser event at Tehachapi Wine & Cattle Company? We have tickets! $25 per single person or $45 for a couple. This is an amazing event, you guys! Every year, the POA hosts this event to fund a scholarship that is awarded to a lucky applicant or applicants (graduating seniors). Last year, the POA was so successful they were able to award three scholarships! There will be a silent auction - one of the items being auctioned include a week at Woodward West! Good evening, Stallion friends! We are finally up and running for gas. Unfortunately, we ran into an unexpected problem with 91 and are unable to pump 89 or 91 until the problem is resolved. We are, however, able to pump 87 and diesel.

We Whisk You A Merry Kiss-Mas Stallion Springs! We've made these adorable stocking stuffers for only $3.99 + tax. They're perfect for last minute gifts! They include an egg whisk filled with Hershey's Kisses, an assortment of fun size holiday candy (twix, snickers, 3 musketeers, chocolate m&m's, peanut m &m's) and a candy cane.

As most of you may know, The Stallion Springs Property Owner's Association has supplied us with Stallion Springs shirts and hoodies. They have had several people express interest in a camo pull-over hoodie with orange lettering. Who would be interested in prepaying $35 for one of these? (The price is slightly higher as it will be a special order for those interested.)

The construction team placed boards to walk across but the rain has made them unstable. In the interest of keeping our customers safe, we ask that you please park on the north side of the parking lot. We are proud to announce that we are assisting the Stallion Springs Police Activities League in collecting toy and cash donations again this year for Jamison Children's Center. We will begin accepting donations on Friday, November 16th through Friday, December 14th. Every December, the Stallion Springs Police Activities League sponsors a Jamison Children's Center Christmas. Every month, more than 180 children are housed at Jamison Children's Center in Bakersfield pending fos...ter home placement. Most of the children housed at Jamison Center are 12 years old and younger, however children up to the age of 17 will be attending this event. Our goal is to provide a Christmas experience that these children will never forget, and for some, a Christmas that they have never had. All toy donations need to be new and unwrapped. We will have a cash collection bin located at the store starting Friday. We are so proud to be a sponsor for our Local PAL and Jamison Children's Center!

Good evening Stallion friends! We are in need of two volunteer photographers to assist with Project Santa. As you may have seen in a previous post, we are organizing an event where Santa will visit your home and bring a present to your child (that you purchase and provide to us) and in return, we ask that you donate a gift (or two) for Salvation Army. We will be visiting homes on Sunday, December 16th. All details will be provided in another post. We received an overwhelming amount of residents that are interested in participating. We are overjoyed that so many of you love this idea as much as we do! Stallion Springs PAL Derby Downs Cart Races are on Saturday June 16th. If you would like an entry form, please come and see us at the store! Early registration is $15 per racer (includes a race day t-shirt) and only goes through June 8th then the fee increases to $25 per racer and does not include a race day t-shirt but they will be available the day of (while supplies last) for $20. Hot dogs, chips & sodas will be sold on race day. Participants must be 5 years old or older.... Hey guys, that the pool opens tomorrow! We do sell tickets here, however we urge you to get your swim passes ASAP as the price is much cheaper if you are a resident of Stallion Springs and can be purchased from the CSD office Monday - Friday 8am-4:15pm All swim passes are $6.00 per day if you purchase them through us - cash only. Please remember that all children 14 and over are required to have a waiver filled out and signed by their parents to swim. Children under 14 will n...ot be permitted to swim without an adult being present. We would also like to remind you that we offer swim tickets to the community so they are readily available during times when the CSD is not open (after closing and on weekends). We do not make a profit on the sales of the tickets and are unable to prove your residency so we cannot sell tickets for the resident price and our cashiers do not have the authority to change prices (even if we know you are a resident). Thank you for your understanding!

Just a reminder - the POA sponsored Dinner Dance Scholarship Fundraiser is this upcoming Saturday (June 2nd). We are still selling tickets until we have sold out!
