I'm playing with the decor. I think a trip to Hobby Lobby is in order. I'm not loving it yet..... I also don't want it too cluttered.

My DIY Restoration Hardware shelving in my living room went up today!! I'm so excited I can't wait to start decorating!

The kitchen is almost done...... Jason Mancuso is coming this week to install the new lighting fixtures, some shelving ( Restoration Hardware Style, thanks Pintrest), and i need to clean the windows. The blind i have pictured is from 3 Day Blinds. I have an amazing Design Consultant. Message me if you want his number.

This stuff is awesome!! The previous owner let her dog and cats pee and the bottom of the linen closet. I've tried everything I found this at Home Depot and it works amazingly, no more stink!! I now now feel comfortable putting my towels and sheets in the linen closet.

My new forever home it is an R3 property which means I can have three dwellings on this property looking forward to it

The Date Street house has been such a fun project thus far!! Go check out my Date Street photo album..... I have pictures from the previous owners MLS listing and a few of my own. I also have progress pictures and will post final pictures when..... LOL there is always something more to do though! LOVING IT!!

Floor and kitchen...... I was going to go with a cream color stone tile for the backsplash. The sample of the Granite at the stone store was more of a cream color and when it came in and was installed it was more white , so I did a classic subway tile.

The wood looking tile is going in.... Jason Mancuso, Nathan is doing an awesome job!!
