1st Challenge: A Prayer for our Sisters & Priests Each day of Christmas please pray this prayer: Lord Jesus,... hear our prayer for the spiritual renewal of bishops, priests, deacons, brothers, sisters, lay ministers and seminarians, especially those of our own diocese. We praise you for giving their ministry to the Church. In these days, renew them with the gifts of Your Spirit. Give them enthusiasm for the Gospel, zeal for the salvation of all people, courage in leadership and humility in service. Amen. 2nd Challenge: 2 Notes to Family For this challenge simply write nice little notes to two people in your family. 3rd Challenge: 3 Posts on Mercy For this challenge write three posts on some form of a social media that recalls the mercy of Jesus. Either a quote, a scripture, or even just sharing something someone else posted. 4th Challenge: 4 Quotes from Scripture For this challenge find four scripture passages that are inspirational for you, write them out, and keep them close to your heart during Christmas. 5th Challenge: 5 Mysteries (of the rosary) For this challenge pray a rosary using the joyful mysteries. 6th Challenge: 6 Texts of Blessings For this challenge text six people on your contact list and simply say ‘God bless you’ or ‘Christmas Blessings and Prayers’ to them. 7th Challenge: 7 Hugs with Love For this challenge be intentional to show your love to seven people today by giving them a hug. 8th Challenge: 8 Our Fathers For this challenge pray eight Our Father’s, but in particular for our Christian Brothers and Sisters who are being persecuted and for whom this Christmas is filled with a lot of suffering. 9th Challenge: 9 Memorares For this challenge pray nine memorare’s. Pray them in particular for families who have lost someone they love this Christmas season. 10th Challenge: 10 Hail Marys For this challenge pray ten Hail Mary’s. Pray them in particular for children with out a mom or dad. 11th Challenge: 11 Likes about Jesus For this challenge on social media either like posts about Jesus or ‘retweet’ something about Jesus eleven times. Or even post about Jesus and get 11 likes on your own Facebook account. 12th Challenge: 12 Thank You Letters For this challenge write twelve thank you letters to people who gave you something for Christmas or who you just want to thank for being a part of your life.
