Calling all SJB Families for Sister Vianney Tribute We all know Sr. Vianney is Our Favorite Nun and we will Miss Her Terriblyso here is your chance to tell Sister what she means to youIn Three Words! Yes, ONLY three words! Get out your video camera (or a still photo is OK too) and shoot a short video of you and your family expressing your three words. For ideas check out this video below, http://abcnews.go.com//vi/words-good-wars-weather-15935341 or search Good Morning... America Your Three Words for inspiration. Be creative! The video will be shown at Sister’s celebration on June 19, and she will receive a copy. If you are interested in participating, we are requesting a $50 donation toward Sister’s retirement fund. Please send your check (made payable to St. John the Baptist School) to SJB School at 1501 Baker St, CM 92626, attention of Cathy Jo Liebel. Videos are due by May 15, and should be emailed to: [email protected]. Video Requirements Video should be kept to a maximum 10 seconds and can be shot with a camcorder or smart phone, and should be no less that 720p. (Most smart phones shoot at a minimum of 1080p.) Sound from the video will not be used, so don’t worry about recording that. When shooting video on a smart phone, it is very important that you hold the camera horizontally, rather than vertically. Because the video will be viewed in a wide screen format, a vertical video does not fill the screen and looks bad. Photos should be at no less than 150 dpi and saved as a jpeg is preferred.

Hello to All! Please "Save the Date" of Friday, June 19, 2015 as we say Farewell to Sister Vianney. There will be a Mass at 5:30 followed by dinner and a special program. Please join the group "Celebrating Sister Vianney" to stay up to date on this very special evening.
