She and her husband love Star Wars! You can guarantee the amount of fun we have on May 4th. Emily also has a love for Disney and has an adorable French bulldog. ... Marisa processes applications and does the marketing. She often travels to San Jose on the weekends. She has two dogs, Chip and Hazel, that she enjoys spoiling. Teresa is currently on maternity leave as she is expecting her first child. We are very excited for her! She use to process applications. She enjoys working out and cooking. Although not a vegan herself, she knows how to make many vegan entrees.

She also claims the title of World’s Best Aunt. Lynnette loves basketball and her team is the Warriors. She is also a big time lover of dogs. She volunteers her time on the weekends to make sure shelter dogs have walks and social time. She has a dog of her own that she adores. Ashley is a new first time mom. She is also the newest employee here at S&S. Ashley loves spending time with family and riding horses.

S&S Property Management: Another Perspective The team here at S&S Property Management is like a family. We spend so much time together during the day. We rely on each other to get tasks done and to assist one another to make sure we are providing the best customer care for our owners and tenants. People see the business side of S&S, they see the calls, the emails, the notices, etc. You may forget under all of the hard work we are just people too. Some of our employees are... home owners and some are renters. Some of us are married, some single, some with and some without children. We have employees that have dogs, some with cats, and some with both or no pets at all. We would like to invite you in to our lives to let you get to know us a little better. As a team we enjoy team building activities such as bowling and escape rooms. Many of us talk fondly of our favorite end of the year party at Bill’s house where we all played Catch Phrase in a fun and competitive spirit. We had so much fun playing that together round after round. Bowling is another favorite of ours. Bill brings his own shoes and bowling balls. Some of us are pretty good and some are so-so but we all have such a great time. We also miss our escape rooms. Some of our team members have enjoyed them so much, they have gone on to do them with their friends and family. We cannot wait until it is safe to get back to activities like these!

Did you know that not changing your air filter regularly can result in an increase in breakdowns, indoor air pollution, and reduction of airflow? It is recommended to change air filters every 6 months. HOWEVER, since the air quality has been so bad recently, it is recommended to change it every 2-3 months.

House Cleaners Carpet Cleaners Landscapers Hauling Electricians Glass Repair and Installation S&S Property Management pays all invoices net 30. From the time of receipt of your completed invoice we will pay you within 30 days. Typically, most of the contractors are paid between the 8th and 10th of the month. If you make $600.00 within one calendar year you will receive an IRS 1099-Miscellaneous form reporting your income. We require the following listed documents prior to any work being completed at any of our rental homes. Any forms that S&S needs to provide will be provided to you if you email your interest in working with us and your company information to [email protected].
