A Message from The Sqvadron! "To our community... It is with heavy hearts that we inform you that we at Sqvadron HQ will be closing our doors beginning Tomorrow, March 17, until further notice by Contra Costa County...... Within the current situation regarding Covid-19, we hope that closing our doors will make our community a safer place, as well as give our hard working medical care professionals some assistance in a time in which they are working tirelessly to protect us all. We understand that this is a difficult situation for everyone... From businesses like ours reliant on the people that give what we do meaning, to the hard working employees that enable a business to deliver top quality service to their valued customers, and the people that support the services that make their community a home for them... Every one of us fits under this umbrella! In this time we need to rely on each other to make it beyond these challenges, and beyond these challenges we will be stronger than we've ever been. The Sqvadron is not a group to bend in the face of challenge! We face challenges every single day in our practice and we find our way to truly overcome the obstacles in our path... In our passion, and in our lives. And for that reason we've chosen to continue the commitment we made to our community to share our knowledge of Parkour with anyone that has the will to better themselves through movement and fitness! As of this day we will be offering all of our Online Programming to the members of our community, to keep you moving and inspired during these days of uncertainty, and as a thank you for the unwavering support you've given us. We will be regularly updating the page with new breakdowns and visual aids to help keep you moving forward on your movement journey. You'll also find a section to ask any questions you may have on that page, as well as links to our Facebook and Instagram pages for live updates and direct chats with us! So please do not give up on what you started, and do not avoid starting because the road seems more challenging than before... Do it for yourself, for your community, and do it #4ThaSqvad! Our first Youth Ninja Challenge is this Sunday! Who will earn their "Ninja Master" wristband?! Here's the details: - It goes from 5p - 7p - Ages 8-14, white band and up... - $55 - Obstacle challenges will be set up throughout the whole gym (including the Adult Ninja area!) - Kids get a score sheet with the challenges printed on it to check off as they're completed (it's on the honor system) - Kids partner up with a buddy to make sure they've completed the challenge - Anyone who completes at least 80% of the challenges earns a ninja master wristband
