We have one final "Thankful For" post this month before we celebrate tomorrow with our families... we (the employees of SPS) are so grateful for the company's owners and leadership for keeping every one of us employeed and paid throughout these difficult times this year. They took our health and safety as an extreme priority, and truly cared about our well-being. They closed all 50 site offices to the public, yet kept them fully functioning, they provided all required safety equipment and signage immediately, and they sent all other office employees to work from home for the duration of the year. For the month of November, we are sharing what makes us grateful! Meet Brett... "Now normally I am thankful for the core values I have in life. Family, friends, loved ones, a great job, roof over my head, food, etc. However this year is different. I met someone in 2017 that changed my life. My wife now, Sabrina, has been a joy to get to know, grow as a friend, and now proud to call my wife. We got married on January 25th, 2020. We had our honeymoon in the Cayman Islands (luck...ily before COVID restricted travel and changed life as we knew it). Over the past few years, we have grown as friends and she is now someone I cannot live without. I could not imagine my life without her, or her 2 sons. Evan and Adryan (oldest to youngest) are blessings. Sure they can drive me to the point of insanity, but they have truly taught me the meaning of what it takes to be a father. Each has their own emotions, interests, and challenges but waking up with them in my life, guiding them, teaching them, and watching them grow into young adults is worth more to me than the air I breathe.
