Hi friends! Spiritual Wellness at Rock Church East county is officially starting classes this fall! New class! Join Nancy Kurup, Friday 7-8p.m. for Strong and Courageous. This class promises to bring the boldness of God's powerful love into a mat workout designed to strengthen muscles and soul! We are super excited to have Miss Nancy in the worship and workout house! Class start Friday 9/28. Boom! Thursdays, 630-830pm at Sisters in Christ, is the new class time for Selah, str...etch in His stillness, a gentle and restorative stretch class with Hillary Thornton. There's fellowship, group worship and study and then class of your choice. We just started 9/20 so it's not too late to jump in. We start our first stretch class this Thursday, 9/27!
