I must have read this 10 times trying to really process & take it in. What are you responding to?

Children often do not understand why an adult would be behaving this way and may blame themselves for the mood swings. This can have a devastating affect on a child as they develop. They may become fearful, frightened, violent, depressed or anxious from a young age as a way of coping with the unpredictable nature of their family member. Be aware of your problem. Seek help. We care.

Sometimes you just have to accept you are going to have to create your own happiness for yourself. Create it and attract it

Yes we do, more often than not.

What we do for those we love sometimes. Boundaries are necessary though, remember to love yourself as well.
