PSA Firstly, it is completely understandable if you do not want to go out to eat right now - precautions are better than risk during these times. If you've eaten with us you know we take cleanliness seriously which is why we operate in an open kitchen where you can hold us accountable. None the less, we have increased our protocols including (1) have mandatory hand washing reminders for employees, (2) strict gloves on at all times, and glove changes protocols, (3) wiping d...own all surfaces in between and at the end of all shifts including door handles, etc. (4) employees that are showing any signs of illness are not allowed to work, and other protocols. If you have any other ideas let us know and we'd be happy to be even more careful. We have tried to procure hand sanitizer for customers & employees but everywhere is stocked out (if you have a secret stash let us know). All of our food is fresh and we buy from national providers. We also encourage all customers to wash their hands before eating. If you don't feel comfortable dining in with us - consider ordering from @grubhub @yelp @ubereats, @doordash or @postmates. These are trying times for us all so we respect your choices but hope you'll continue to support us as you have done in the past. . .
