Instructor SPOTLIGHT Get to know a little more about Alyssa SPENGA is the best WERKOUT I've ever experienced. It combines three incredible modalities to ensure you leave every session with your endurance boosted, muscles strengthened, and body restored in just 60 minutes. I love that SPENGA gives each member an opportunity to try formats they may not typically practice in their everyday routine. SPENGA's 20-20-20 format inspires me push harder than I ever have in any othe...r studio class before and I can't wait for the East Bay community to experience it for themselves! My 2021 New Years resolution is to get back to my pre-baby fitness level where I felt strong, confident, motivated, and unstoppable. I'm all about EDM, throwback hip hop, and remixes! Instructor SPOTLIGHT Get to know a little more about Julia Julia graduated in May from San Diego State University with a degree in Child Family Development and working towards a future career in Occupational Therapy. She discovered her passion for fitness through dance at a very young age. She is a skilled endurance athlete as she competes in both half and full marathons. As a group fitness instructor, Julia strives to create a welcoming environment while encouraging other...s to push themselves to be their best selves! In her free time, she loves to relax at the beach, hike, and hang out with friends! My fave pump-up station? BEYONCE!!!
