The Spanish Colonial Revival style #BradburyHouse was built in 1923 for mining magnate Lewis L. Bradbury. It is a showcase of adobe and eclectic California decorative tiles. After earthquake damage, the house began to face structural issues needing attention. #McKinleyHighSchool is one of the oldest in Hawaii, named after the twenty-fifth US President William McKinley. Its design is a unique island-oriented interpretation of Spanish Colonial Revival, most evident in the poly-chrome decorative terra-cotta elements shaped in the forms of local produces such as taro, breadfruit and gourds. Decorative cast stone panels are adorned with shark and lizard motifs. #SpectraCompany restored the decorative historic glazed terra-cotta on the building's exterior.
