Spec Racer

A simply spectacular last lap with Grayson Strathman at CoTA yesterday in the SRF3 Pro feature race. Zero contact, which still amazes me. After 45 minutes we we...re all feeling pretty whooped and it seemed like everyone's cars had different minor ailments. My brake pedal had softened and my car was really bad coming off the slow corners. Grayson looked like his car had gone loose. Others were running hot temps, etc. In the end, this was the action for the win. Keep in mind that there were another 4-5 cars doing the exact same thing right behind Grayson and I. It was amazing. The race was streamed live with apparently very good coverage on fanracing.live. I think you can go pay to watch it soon (I sure will). I hope we continue to race at CoTA for many more years! If I get some time (and my rear camera worked...I haven't checked yet) I'll try to pull the whole race together and post on YouTube. Enjoy! See more

One hell of a race!

Calvin's post race interview after winning an action packed Super Tour race today.

We had an awesome weekend at the SCCA Northeast Conference Majors Pitt race taking the win both days in SRF3 in both dry and wet conditions and also winning bot...h days in Formula Enterprises 2 and setting a new track record! Alliance Autosport driver Bryan Scheible came away with a podium finish both days and Matias Bonnier, Patrick R Linn, and Jim Tibor Jr. also had great runs during the very challenging wet/dry conditions in both races. A huge thanks to the entire Alliance Autosport crew, Hoosier Tire, Red Line Synthetic Oil, and all the SCCA volunteers. None of our awesome crew members are in this photo because they were very busy with loading to help get us ready for the SCCA Gingerman Majors in just a few days. See more
