He received his H.BA (York University) in Psychology and Linguistics, and MSc (McMaster University) in Cognitive Science of Language. His past work focused on mechanisms of recovery, neurolinguistics, and acquired brain injury. He has shared his work across North America serving as a guest lecturer, keynote speak...er, and TEDx presenter to an online audience of over 26 million viewers. Having seen brain injury as both a researcher, and caregiver, he saw the challenges and bottleneck in the rehabilitation experienced by patients and professionals. In 2019 he launched Neurofit (formerly Ocutherapy) as a way to provide accessible and transformative healthcare experiences to solve this growing issue. The company supports users across Canada with the main goal of building better brain health and wellness for all.
