Four easy steps to get prepared for a smooth move Moving is typically something exciting, meaning that something new is waiting for you. However, the process is not always that fun and it’s great to be prepared and have your moving day well planned. We are happy to share with you four steps that will help you avoid the stress of the entire process. 1. Make sure your house/office is protected before moving things around. You can use such things as door jambs, banister, carpet ...shields or floor runners. Or just ask the Space Moving team to help with that. 2. Get boxes ready. A good practice is to pack your essential things separately, so you have easy access to them and can upack those first. For other boxes with your household use markers to identify appropriate boxes easily later on. 3. Engage children if they are around. Try to make it fun for kids by engaging them in the moving process and exciting for the new great things to come! 4. Prepare a snack bag. The moving day can be long and having some snacks and drinks by hand is always helpful!
