Required Qualifications: 1+ year of restaurant experience preferred: BUT NOT REQUIRED. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO TRAIN INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE AN INTEREST AND DESIRE TO LEARN PREPARING,ASSEMBLING AND COOKING KITCHEN SKILLS at our restaurant. Must learn: compliance to all quality standards, appropriate storage of all food items, and maintain neat and clean work area. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast pace team environment Must Have: Availability to work flexible shifts which include evening hours, weekends, and holidays Must be at least18 years of age Requires regular and consistent attendance Ability to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities. Here it is... SoCo's first Pop-Up menu... Southern Comfort Kitchen WesCafe Pop-Up Menu... Crawfish Étouffée topped with Fried Soft Shell Crab Peeled Louisiana crawfish tails smothered in a rich sauce with sautéed onions, bell peppers, and celery cooked down and made with a roux, served over white rice. Topped with Soft Shell crab battered and fried, drizzled with our house made remoulade sauce. Served with a side of fresh blacked green beans. BBQ Shrimp and Cheesy Grit Cakes The shrimp are not actually barbecued but cooked in a delectable, rich, peppered, rosemary, butter sauce. Served over our savory cheesy grit cakes and french bread to mop up the sauce. Paired with a side of fresh blacked green beans. Fried Chicken with Red Beans and Rice Bone in, dark meat, 24 hour buttermilk marinated fried chicken. Served with New Orleans style red beans and rice, slow cooked with ham hocks and a special blend of seasonings, served with a cut of Andouille Sausage. Paired with our signature red wine vinegar cold slaw. Bread Pudding A favorite New Orleans dessert. Served with a Whiskey Sauce.
