When getting calls for placement into assisted living or memory care, I often hear people say, "I remember my mom or dad as being vibrant, strong, and energetic. I want a place that will honor and respect them." I cannot agree more and always take that to task when doing my job.

Bigger is not necessarily BETTER when it comes to proper placement into assisted living and memory care communities. I left the nation's largest assisted living referral agency to do placement the right way (in my opinion). We are not as good looking as Jerry Maguire (Tom Cruise), but we call ourselves the Jerry Maguire of senior placement with ONE family at a time.
