South Bay Mobile Homes Now

Well this was a good weekend, exhausting but productive between the 3 open houses I did, 1 at Royal Oak MHP in Los Alamitos on Sat, and 2 today at PV Rancho MHP and San Rafael MHP in Harbor City. Also wrote up 2 Offers on 2 of my additional listings and got one accepted, and one still pending on the offer. I have confidence it will be accepted too. That makes two of my listings that will be put into back up status for now. Now onto more FB training on Tuesday and Buyer showings. Hope all of you had a great weekend. ;-)
