What a year it was! As I come to the end of 2018, I have taken some time to look back and to also look ahead. Reviewing the highlights and significance of this year, I am reminded of the word Valor- strength of mind or spirit that enables a person to encounter danger with firmness or courage; personal bravery.... 2018 was a year of demonstrating courage, resolve and embarking on accomplishing the greatest adventure of a lifetime, walking 15 days and 200 miles on the Camino Primitivo in Spain. Celebrating a milestone age of turning 60th and most the amazing event, becoming a grandmother to our first grand baby, Wow! What a year it was for me. I prepared and committed my body, mind and spirit to achieve a feat of taking on The Camino Primitivo. I learned to use my insights to see clearly what I am capable of without compromise. I learned that I am a work in progress. When I discouraged or detoured off course due to fear or my body telling me of its pain, I recognized these were just obstacles along the path and to regain my balance I had to change my focus from my circumstance to God’s Presence and trust the essential element of God’s promise to me. To be with me always, He will take care of me. Though I may be struck down by the fatal blow of fear I am not destroyed, I am the Shepherd and Guardian of your soul the part of you that is indestructible God was with me every step of this journey discovering who I am as a woman of valor, I was challenged, I was tested and I was able to walk my own race, I was able to triumph over and liberate my fears and weaknesses and enjoy the journey. As we close 2018, I would like to thank everyone who supported, encouraged and brought a smile to my face and joy to my heart. Looking ahead to the New Year, I have chosen the word Equip for myself. I share this word with you to inspire and motivate. You are on a one of a kind path, designed just for you to discover, to learn new techniques, to prosper in thinking and creating and living a healthy way of life for your body, mind and spirit in 2019. I am here to help you with resources, services and support as you step into a prosperous New Year of reset, restoration and health.
