Yep. Again you can do this to yourself. If you have neck issues, as I do, it might be a little bit painful. Start softer and work up to pressure.

Here you can work on yourself. My suggestion is not to try it once and give up if it doesn't create results. Keep at for up to 10 times....not all at once. The nerves and body have memory. Sometimes you just have to wake them up first.

Tip of Big Toe, trigger point, not rub.

Another simple method to try.

Keep in mind that starting out with any exercise you need to be careful, which includes yoga. There are some yoga poses that are not going to work or you should not do.

Some good stretch ideas.

I'm not advocating these products. This was a good article on massage and plantar fasciitis. Some self treatments as well.

Even though she is selling a flip flop, she has some great info on foot integrity, plantar fasciitis and fascia. There is a download that she shares and some great exercises to do to strengthen the arch and foot area. All the things I tell you to do.

Sharing....don't know if this is true, but I think it's fascinating.

Asymptomatic numbers range between 30 and 50% of the population. This is what makes this so scary, and hard to decide what to do. And now these people have something to think about as well, read article. They are not out of the clear. And who knows what damage it has done now, or for the rest of your life. Opening a business, going out, shopping. Every day we need to reassess our risks and the community risks. One percentage, 88%, I read was those that got COVID-19 seriously ...had one or more of the following risk factors. If you have even one of these, jot them down, and reassess before you do anything...go shopping, go to the doctor, dentist, massage, reflexology, hair cut and etc. What is going on in your community? Spiking like it is now? If so, you want to stay in. Over age 65, chronic lung disease, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, compromised immune system (leukemia, HIV, Medication), severe obesity 40+, but I also heard BMI around 26 and up., diabetes 1 and 2, chronic kidney and liver disease. Also (not on the list) but I've been reading about Blood Type A may create serious complications. For me, I'm over 65, and I take medication for HBP, I'm right on the fence with overweight, which makes it 3 risk factors, and I have blood type A, now I'm up to 4 risk factors. Again, 88% of the people with serious COVID complications had "1" or more of these risk factors. No playing around here. See more
