We’ve got #somegoodnews we’re open and ready to serve our community in need! Alliance is an essential service and even though our guest groups and outdoor ed...ucation camps are put on hold until the shelter in place order is lifted, we’ve been seeking opportunities to serve our community. And we are honored to partner with Santa Rosa’s wonderful Redwood Gospel Mission! We believe this is the first camp/rescue mission partnership in the nation. 50 men and 30 women in the rescue mission’s residential treatment programs are joining us for at least the next month. Our doors are open to them NOW at a reduced rate and without guarantee of federal relief funding. We can’t wait. We must serve this mission, so that they have room to serve the homeless in our community. When one resident saw his room he shouted with an ear-to-ear smile, We get our own beds! Another told us that his daughter attended Outdoor Science Camp here a few months ago. When he told her where he was going she said, You’re going to love camp, Daddy.
