What are your expectations of 2015? You can't out train a bad diet! For athletes young and older, I suggest you follow Mike Dolce's diet plan. He has great advice and tips for eating clean.

I have to say that this time of the year is awesome in so many ways, but I have to say the best part of it is getting to see and hear from all the returning athletes who I have treated throughout the years, When they come home from college they sneak in for a treatment. It's nice to hear about how much they wish they could have me at their school to continue their care. Proud of them all...

I would like to say CONGRATS all the young men and women who graduated from High School and college this year. I can't begin to count how many I have treated over the years. Also, a BIG shout out to all of the parents who made it through the process as well. Great Job!... Dr. D

It's baseball season once again and elbow pain is among us. More than ever before we see this joint getting injured in today's youth. Parent's- if you ever want your child to make it to, or through high school, take care of these injuries. Just today, I got an MRI report back on a 15 year-old who has elbow pain that shows signs of wear and tear. These young arms don't get the required 4 months of rest like they should. Simply pushing the arm to it's limit will only ensure destruction to the joint and will ultimately affect performance. An elbow joint with pain isn't one to be pushed through pain. Remember - Tomorrow is more important than today!
