Freya is a rescue from a fight ring. She was at the shelter for 8 months as no one wanted her. From the time I adopted her, it took us both 1 1/2 years of patience, setbacks, empathy and some "adventurous" moments to find normalcy. Now she's a 70 lb lapdog that thinks she's the size of a small terrier. :)

I remember early on in my career when having even one tattoo was strongly frowned upon. Very glad to see that that for the most part that has shifted in the corporate world. They're expressions of one's life and its experiences. Let's focus on the quality, skill and character of the individual. My first two were Marine Corps ones. The first, high up on my left arm 2 days after graduating Boot Camp. The second, on my right inside forearm during my second corporate job whe...re I led a large team and cut my teeth. Since then, there have been some additions.
