Deep brown color with aromas of both roasted and carmelized malts. Medium body with sweet notes of malt and a crisp lager like finish. Hops are subtle but noticeable, however this is a very malt driven beer. An easy drinker for your October enjoyment.... . AnniversaRYE IPA | 6.5% ABV Hops: Centennial and Simcoe hot side, Mosaic dry hop. A deceptively simple IPA that brings the complexity of Rye malt and its distinctive peppery flavor, this is our Anniversary celebration beer. Brewed every year with the only real requirement being rye malt. Up front and assertive hops in the front and excellent peppery notes in the finish. . Sour Cherry Brown on Wood | 6% ABV Hops: Warrior and EKG Building on our Brown base we aged this version on toasted oak and black cherries and let natural microflora do their thing, and arrived at this refreshing, yet complex ale.
