Increase Your Facebook Fan Engagement with Fan Centered Status Updates! You want your fans to see your updates. How do you cut through the clutter? all to often we resort to posting and re-posting the same thing over and over again to the point of annoying our fans and that will loose fans faster than anything. Facebook uses an algorithm called EdgeRank to determine the importance of a status update. The more comments a status update receives, the higher its EdgeRank. The ...higher the EdgeRank, the higher that update is placed in news feeds. In addition, Facebook will display that update to more people. That means getting comments should be your goal with your updates. To get more comments you should write your updates to evoke comments, stories, opinion and even advice from your fans.
