Check out the facebook group I just made called Online West Coast Swing Opportunities! Please join and help spread the word! It's intended for people to post a...bout and share and/or to find Online/Virtual West Coast Swing Opportunities (regular classes, events, intensives, private lessons, dances, Q&As, you livestream dancing, etc.). If it's WCS and it's happening online, go for it! At the moment I am not going to have posts require approval...please don't abuse this or post irrelevant material or I'll have to change this policy. Also, there are going to be a TON of approval requests coming in very quickly if you could all try to help with those. For the time being I've allowed anyone in the group to approve. Hopefully what Stephen White did to the flat earth group won't happen to us haha. A little later this week I might be able to set up a google sheet to list online opportunities that people will be able to add to using a Google Form in the group....but I got a few other things on my todo list first so stay tuned for that. Then Thursday, April 9, Ryan Callen Crutcher, Tara Trafzer, Demetre Souliotes, and myself are bringin Swingin the ZOOM - Online w/Ben, Tara, Ryan & DJ Demetre to your living room! We'll continue every Thursday after that with rotating instructors and DJs until we're able to bring the dance back to Atomic Ballroom Irvine. Hey Everyone, Atomic Ballroom Irvine has made the challenging but commendable decision to suspend group classes and social dances so Swingin the Blues will no...w be suspended until further notice. I will still be teaching private lessons and I will now have WAY more availability at home so if that's something you are interested in definitely reach out to me!
