Our first real estate flip from about 5 years ago showcased at a R.E. Convention. What a feeling, I honestly expected a 40k profit and the buyer outbid everyone by nearly double! We then realized about a 80k profit. I was in shock, that’s how hot the market was then and still is now . . . . Even then people would tell me not to get into real estate, the hot run is over, you don’t know anything about real estate, you will lose money, etc. ... . . .
